Weeping Willow...

About 2 weeks ago we had a huge storm go through town. It started about 3am in the morning and lasted for a few hours. Both girls were up (which is a first, they usually sleep through storms!), for a few hours- it was a long night. The storm took down A LOT of trees and branches throughout down. Some people lost windows and shingles. It was crazy- we had winds up to 100 mph!  The saddest part of this storm was the loss of the weeping willow. This was planted at the corner of our old fence and Hollands. It was Karen's favorite tree. She used to have a bench under it whee she would sit and read. It was a beautiful tree.....
Here is a picture of Reagan infront of the tree. We carried the branches to the curb..while it was 110 degrees outside... that was a lot of tree.
