Baby Bump 16.5 weeks!

Here is a picture taken at 16.5 weeks! This baby is growing bigger and bigger each day! I am currently almost 18 weeks! Here are a few things about this pregnancy!
  • I have been the the doctor a lot (Even on the weekends- 2 trips to ER both resulting in an infection)
  • I hate medicine
  • I love pickles and can't seem to eat enough of them
  • This baby is a mover and a shaker
  • The baby is measuring a little over a week ahead of where they think I am
  • I am tired a lot, but can't be lazy because I have a 2.5 yr. old
  • I have the cartoon line up memorized from 5-6pm!
  • I am still trying to get over double ear and sinus infection from a month ago
  • I forgot how comfortable maternity pants are
  • Reagan keeps tell us she is having a sister
  • I have had 4 dreams this baby is a boy and 1 that it is a girl
  • I am excited that this baby will have a cousin one month older and a cousin one month younger--- Now if we all lived by each other:)
  • I have been blessed with having my sister here and have been able to schedule doctors appointments knowing I can leave Reagan with her (In turn I love having Michael while she is at her appointments-- It is a win win!)
  • I can't sit on the floor at work anymore... it hurts my back too much. So I explained to the kids today that I had a baby in my tummy and one said "Take it out, I want to see it!" AHhhh 3 yr. olds!
  • Jon wants to surprise me with how he paints the babies room- hmmm, not sure about this yet
  • We are not finding out the sex
  • I can't wait for Summer so I can meet this baby!!

Dance!!!

Thursday nights just got a little more exciting in the Remsburg house. I have been looking into taking Reagan to some type of dance class and we started this week. It is called creative movements (so not really "dance") and she LOVES it! My friend is taking her little girl, Jada, too. Reagan was sooo excited all week. When we walked into the dance studio she was ready to go. There were about 10 in the class. They sat are carpet squares and stretched, did some jumping over stuffed animals, danced with streamers, did some tumbling on mats, jumped on a trampoline, and played musical intruments. Most of the children have been to this class before- besides Reagan and Jada. Jada was very shy (which is not normal), but Reagan jumped right in. For a while I think she thought she was teaching the class! When it was her turn to jump on the trampoline the teacher went to hold her hands and Reagan said "No thanks, I will do it myself!" As an added surprise, Jon was able to catch the last 15 minutes of class. Reagan's eyes lit up when she saw him. She said her favorite part was jumping over the stuffed bunny and playing instruments. She did pretty good with following directions. After class we headed home and she talked about it all night. She loved wearing her leotard (which was a hand-me-down, thanks Fritzs!) and said she needs to get some more "pretty dance dresses". I am excited to get to take her for the next 9 weeks. It will something fun for us to do together ! ( As an added bonus, my co-workers/friends are photography students at ISU and needed some pictures for a class. They both came down and took TONS of pictures of Reagan and Jada- so there will be more pictures to follow!!)
